Rashad Suleymanov – APA. “Single window†system for giving permission to constructions is being applied in the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov said, APA reports. Minister said those applying to the ministry for carrying out construction can get judgment on construction by appealing to one body within the allotted time.
Kamaladdin Heydarov said all the structures of the ministry had been completely formed, related legislative base established and equipment bought.
Minister said buildings had been constructed on gas lines and high-voltage electric lines, and it posed threat to the life of people. Kamaladdin Heydarov said those problems would also be solved.
