Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. State Committee on Family, Women and Children Problems appealed to Azerbaijani Government for declaring 2009 as “Children’s Yearâ€, deputy chairperson of the committee Sadagat Gahramamova said, APA reports. She said concrete measures would be taken for the protection of the rights of women and children the following year and added that the activity of the commissions for under age would be strengthened.
