Baku. Ilhama Isabalayeva â€“ APA. It is predicted to be rainless in Azerbaijan in the first days of November, the weather will be unstable and rainy in the middle of the first ten-day, Umayra Tagiyeva, deputy director of National Hydrometeorological Department of Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry told APA. The weather will stable in the first days of the month, average monthly temperature will be below normal by 1 degree, rainfalls are expected to be above normal in some regions.
Monthly average temperature is forecasted to be 11-13 degrees, this is close the normal. In the second half of the third ten-day of the month the average temperature will be 8-10 degrees, this is below normal. The temperature will be 6-10 degrees at nights, 14-19 in the daytimes, on separate days the temperature will be 20-22 degrees, and 10-12 degrees at the end of the month. Amount of monthly rainfall will be close normal, in some places above normal (norm 28-38mm).
Monthly average temperature in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is predicted to 6-9 degrees, this is close normal. The temperature will be 1-5 degrees at nights, sometimes fall by -2 - 5 degrees. In the daytimes the temperature will be 10-15 degrees, sometimes 17-20 degrees and 5-9 degrees at the end of the month. Monthly amount of rainfall will be close normal, in some places above normal (norm 18-28mm).
Monthly average temperature will be 4-6 degrees in Upper Karabakh â€“ Khankandi, Kalbajar, Khojavand, Zangilan, Gubadli, Shusha, Khojali, Lachin, Dashkesen-Gedebey and it is close to normal. Average daily temperature will be -1 -3 degrees in the second half of third ten days. It is below normal. The temperature will be 0-4 degrees at nights, and it will be -5 degrees on separate days. The temperature will be 8-10 degrees hot in the daytimes, 12-17 degrees in separate days, 1-5 degrees late in month. Amount of monthly rainfall will be lower than normal (norm 27-34 mm).
Monthly average temperature will be 8-10 degrees hot in Gazakh-Ganja, Terter, Aghdam-Fuzuli-Jabrayil and it is close to normal. The temperature will be 3-7 degrees hot at night and the temperature will be close 0 degree late in month. The temperature will be 7-9 degrees in the daytimes, 17-19 degrees on separate days, 7-9 degrees late in month. Amount of monthly rainfall will be close normal and it will be above normal in some places (norm 15-24mm).
Monthly average temperature will be 5-7 degrees in Balakan-Sheki-Zagatala-Gebele, Shamakhi-Ismayilli, Khizi, Siyezen, Devechi, Guba-Gusar-Khachmaz, this is close the normal. The temperature will be 1-5 degrees at nights, 1-5 degrees frost on separate days, 8-13 degrees in the daytimes, 4-6 degrees at the end of the month. Amount of monthly rainfall will be close to normal, in some places above normal (norm 29-73mm).
Monthly average temperature will be 10-12 degrees in Central Aran regions â€“Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, Imishli, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Neftchala, it is close normal. The temperature will be 4-9 degrees at nights, 0-3 degrees late in month, 14-18 degrees in the daytimes, 20-22 degrees on separate days, 9-12 degrees late in month. Amount of monthly rainfall will be close normal, in some places above normal (norm 24-45mm).
Monthly average temperature will be 9-12 degrees in Masalli-Lankaran-Astara-Lerik-Yardimli, this is close normal. The temperature will be 4-8 degrees at nights, 12-17 degrees in the daytimes, 8-11 degrees in third ten days. Amount of monthly rainfall will be close normal, in some places above normal (77-170mm).
