“The installation process should have been finished this year. But only 62 per cent of the work has been implemented�, said Marlen Asgerov, Azerenergy vise-president, APA reports.
He said that electricity consumption has reduced by 43 per cent after the installation.
“In other words, citizens save electricity�, he noted. The meters are broken in some regions as Ali Bayramli, Shemkir, Khanlar and Nefchala.
