Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources sets 488664.5 AZN fine for breach of law over the first five months of the year

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva â€“ APA. Agencies of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources for environment control drew 1340 acts and protocols about the breach of law by the legal and physical entities, as well as ordinary citizens over the first five months of 2009 and according to the legislation, 370 obligatory orders were issued for the lifting of identified shortcomings.

488664.5 AZN of fine on totally 303 cases was set against the legal and physical entities for violation of law, press service of the ministry told APA. 357 cases amounting to 400870.89 AZN was filed and payment of 479162.28 AZN fine was carried out on 1384 cases. 22 of 111 cases sent to the court and 14 of 186 cases sent to the court supervisors and executors were already addressed.
