Shavkat Mirziyoyev said that he once again congratulates President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan: "Today, the historical lands of Azerbaijan are rapidly developing. Houses, roads, tunnels are being built, infrastructure projects are being implemented. People have been waiting for years to return to their lands. Uzbekistan is ready to support Azerbaijan in this process, and Uzbek builders are ready to participate in the construction of the new Garabagh."
