President of Kazakhstan sends congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev

The President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his victory in elections, APA reports.

The letter reads:

"His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Dear Ilham Heydarovich,

I cordially congratulate you on your convincing victory in the presidential election of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The results of the nationwide vote have become a vivid testimony to the full trust in your course of multifaceted reforms and recognition of your merits in ensuring national unity, territorial integrity, and the dynamic development of the state.

I am confident that under your wise leadership, fraternal Azerbaijan will continue to develop successfully and strengthen its position as a respected member of the international community and a regional power.

In Kazakhstan, you are held in unwavering respect as a staunch advocate for strengthening the strategic partnership between our fraternal countries

I confirm my readiness to continue close and fruitful cooperation for realizing the great potential of bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
