The "Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the mutual use of electronic system for certification of the origin of goods", signed on May 16, 2024, in Baku was approved, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed relevant Decree in this regard.
After the Protocol enters into force, the Ministry of Economy and the State Customs Committee must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Government of the Republic of Belarus that the internal procedures necessary for the Protocol's entry into force have been completed.
