On December 26, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with Alexander Lukashenko, the President of the Republic of Belarus in Russia’s Saint Petersburg city, APA reports.
At the meeting, the successful development of bilateral friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus in various fields was once again noted with satisfaction, it was stated that there is a good potential for further expansion of our cooperation.
It was emphasized that high-level meetings and contacts contributed to the strengthening of our relations.
The heads of state expressed their confidence that our relations will continue to strengthen and exchanged views on future contacts and prospects of our cooperation.
