As part of the line separation project implemented by Baku Metro CJSC, train services between the 28 May and Nizami stations will be temporarily suspended from August 15, AYNA told APA-Economics.
As a supporting measure, six new express routes organized by AYNA will begin operating from August 14.
The new express routes are as follows:
M1 – between the Elmlar Akademiyasi and 28 May metro stations;
M2 – between the Inshaatchilar, Nizami and 28 May metro stations;
M3 – between the 20 January, Nizami and 28 May metro stations;
M4 – between the 20 January and Koroglu metro stations;
M5 – between the 20 January and Ganjlik metro stations;
M6 – between the Elmlar Akademiyasi and Ganjlik metro stations.

At the same time, the number of buses on 20 regular routes (Nos. 2, 6, 7A, 9, 10, 14, 17, 18, 26, 61, 65, 79, 85, 88, 88A, 93, 133, 165, 199 and 202) will be increased.
Starting today, the terminal stops of regular routes Nos. 32, 49, 120E and 125, which enter the 28 May Transport Interchange Center, have been relocated to the area around Samad Vurgun Garden. Thus, the terminal stops of routes Nos. 32 and 49 have been designated on Dilara Aliyeva Street, while those of routes Nos. 120E and 125 have been designated on Pushkin Street.
