In January-October of this year, 594.14 million kilowatt-hours of electricity were transmitted from Azerbaijan to Türkiye through Georgia, APA's local bureau reports, citing the report of the Georgian State Electric System JSC.
A 58% decrease in the volume of electricity was recorded compared to the previous year.
During the reporting period, a small amount of electricity was also transmitted from Armenia and Russia to Türkiye through Georgia.
The total volume of electricity transmitted through the neighboring country amounted to 827.38 million kilowatt-hours. 72% of this volume was transit from Azerbaijan to Türkiye.
