Apartments will be put on sale in Khankendi, Azerbaijani Presidential Special Representative for Khankendi, Aghdara, and Khojaly districts Elchin Yusubov said, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
Construction of multi-story residential buildings by private entrepreneurs has already started in Khankendi. Large-scale construction and restoration work continues rapidly in the city and surrounding settlements. A favorable investment environment has been created for entrepreneurs in the region, and infrastructure projects have further increased business interest in these areas.
Yusubov noted that once the construction of the high-rise residential buildings by entrepreneurs is completed, the apartments will be made available for sale.
He added that numerous applications have already been received from citizens interested in purchasing apartments in Khankendi. According to the special representative, the apartments can be bought either in cash or through credit: “Based on agreements signed by entrepreneurs with banks, citizens will have the opportunity to purchase apartments on credit. Necessary state support will be provided to entrepreneurs to ensure the process is transparent and convenient.”
It was also noted that the construction and restoration work in Khankendi aims to transform the city into a modern residential area.
