Young man filmed while walking in Nazi uniform in Baku identified

Baku City Main Police Department told APA that the investigation revealed that the young man is the 23-year-old Goychay region resident Taleh Rafael Gahramanov. According to the approved information, Gahramanov regularly travelled to Ukraine and left Azerbaijan on January 5 for the last time. He is reportedly in Ukraine now.

Gahramanov is a fifth-course student at the Medical University in Vinnitsa, Ukraine.

According to information, Gahramanov’s father has a small business in Goychay and his mother is a housewife.

Earlier, a young man was filmed while walking in Nazi uniform in Baku. The video shows that the young man, who worn military boots, khaki pants and black T-shirt with the emblem of III Reich, was walking in the centre of Baku chanting “Sieg”, the Nazi salute.
