The grenade had been left in a box along with women's boots by an unknown person on the carriageway of the road. The rescue service specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the staff of the Narimanov district 16th Police Department arrived at the site.
Commander of mines rescue services Aydin Aliyev told APA that the experts found a grenade "F -1" without an ignition on the scene. The rescuers examined the site, no risk of explosion was revealed. Discovered grenade was handed over to the staff of the 16th Branch of the Narimanov District Police.
