Acting Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, Rustam Usubov has appealed to attorney generals of Russia and Turkey in connection with the facts that 14-year-old Rovshan Kazimov was publicly insulted and severely injured on a public transport in Zelenograd on November 1, as well as 49-year-old Saida Eyvazova was stabbed to death in Erdek district of Balikesir, Turkey on November 7.
In his appeal, Usubov strongly condemned the illegal actions committed against those persons and noted that these actions caused a great resonance among the population. The appeal also emphasizes to conduct the investigation fairly and objectively in accordance with the criminal procedure and international legal norms by taking the personal control and bring the perpetrators to justice.
