APA reports that this notice has been recently posted on the website of Interpol.
35-year old Baku resident Radzhabov Vugar Natig was accused of storage, transport with a view of sale and sale of faked bank notes of the Central bank of the Russian Federation. Russian law-enforcement agencies appealed to Interpol to detain Radzhabov.
A terrible crime was committed in Zagatala region on November 24, 2013. Passengers of Hyundai Elantra – Balakan resident Kamil Huseynov, Baku residents Vasif Jafarov and Vugar Rajabov were killed and the driver of the car, Balakan resident Vusal Aligayev was wounded as a result of fires opened from VAZ-2107 in Yukhari Tala village of the region.
Taking into account that graveness of the crime, an operational investigative group has been set up under the instructions of the Interior Ministry and Prosecutor General’s Office and has been immediately sent to the region. The group has investigated the site and taken necessary measures.
It has been found out that this grave crime was committed by ex-prisoner Samir Osmanov and others. The participants of the crime - Samir Osmanov, driver of VAZ-2107 Bahruz Layijov, his brothers Vugar and Eldaniz, Vusal Aligayev, Parviz Garayev, Aydin Sayilov and Omar Orujov were detained. Material evidence, including 1 submachine gun, 1 cartridge clip, 9 cartridges and 1 kitchen knife were seized.
The houses of Bahruz and his brother, imprisoned Harun Layijov were searched, 1 Germany-made submachine gun, 5 hand grenades, 4 radio stations, 1 pistol, 18 fireworks, 823 cartridges, 1 sound grenade, detector of the remote-control explosive, mask, handcuff, other ammunitions and 8kg drugs were seized.
Criminal case has been launched on the fact on articles 120.2.7 and 228.1 of the Criminal Code. Investigation is underway.
Prosecutor General’s Office Department for Grave Crimes continues investigation to determine other participants of the crime.
