Press service of Prosecutor General’s Office told APA that initial investigation has been completed on the criminal case launched under the articles # 311.3.1 and 311.3.3 (taking bribe) of the Criminal Code regarding head of Salyan Department of the Committee Oktay Guliyev and senior advisor Yusif Dadashov, who recieved AZN 10,000 bribe from the resident, and the case has been sent to Lankaran Court on Grave Crimes.
Oktay Guliyev and Yusif Dadashov have been sentenced to the pre-trial detention in accordance with the decision of the court.
