APA has obtained the videos from the websites owned by “Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham”. The video shows that two Azerbaijani militants roam in the car through the streets of the Syrian city Ragga. The footage shows that the city is under control of Ragga Mujahids, as fluttering over buildings black "flag of Islam".
On the released video Azerbaijani fighter notes that Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham is declared: "Finally our black flag hoisted over the Ragga city.
