At the intersection of Azadlig Prospect and Vagif street Mercedes, driven Nurlan Mustafayev, collided with the Nissan Sunny, driven by Vusal Hasanov. After collision Nissan Sunny overturned.
As a result of an accident the driver of Nissan Sunny Vusal Hasanov died from his injuries at the scene. The driver of Mercedes received minor injuries.
Officers of Ministry of Emergency Situation (MES) of Azerbaijan were involved to the scene. MES officers recovered the body of Vusal Hasanov by means of special equipment strain of the vehicle interior, and gave it to the destination.
According to witnesses, the accident occurred due to non-functioning traffic lights at the intersection of Prospect Azadlig and Vagif Street.
Nasimi district police office reported that criminal case has been launched on the fact.
