Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloghlu – APA. “The processes related with Azerbaijani citizen Orkhan Zeynalov, conditions of his detention and investigation is under our control,” Azerbaijani Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsperson) Elmira Suleymanova told journalists, APA reports.
Elmira Suleymanova said that the Russian Ombudsman replied to her appeal about the violence against Orkhan Zeynalov, who is suspected of murdering the Russian citizen Egor Sherbakov: “The Russian ombudsman proposed to discuss at the Parliament the issue on migrants. It is a positive case. We are generally trying to keep under control the issues related to the Azerbaijani migrants in Russia.”
