Person who shot at two in Baku named - <span style="color: red;">UPDATED 1

Sabunch District Police Department told APA that it was identified that the person who killed Yagub Rabil Musayev by shooting from shotgun and injured Parvin Jahid Mehdiyev was Kamil Farajov.

Currently, police continue operational measures to detain him.

Farajov was knifed by Musayev’s father Rabil Musayev two years ago. In that incident, R. Musayev knifed K. Farajov’s brother Rafael Farajov to death. R. Farajov killed R. Musayev’s son over revenge.

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. The persons killed and injured in the shooting in Baku have been named.

Sabunchu District Police Department told APA that Yagub Rabil Musayev, who was shot, died.

His relative Parvin Jahid Mehdiyev, has been hospitalized.

Person who committed the crime is still unknown.

Sabunchu District Prosecutor’s Office has launched criminal case on the fact.

Witnesses told APA that the incident occurred over revenge. Musayev’s father Rabil Musayev killed a relative of the person who committed incident two years ago. That person took this step for revenge.

APA released information on the incident committed by R. Musayev two years ago. The information says Rabil Musayev and his acquaintances – Rafael and Kamil Farajov brothers quarreled on January 6, 2012 in Zabrat. Musayev knifed both of them. R. Farajov died, K. Farajov was hospitalized.

The person committed the incident was detained.

The witnesses told APA that the incident was recorded at about 11:30 in front of secondary school #307, Zabrat.

An unidentified person shot two men. Police and prosecutors visited the site.

Sabunchu District Police Department # 15 confirmed the fact to APA.

One of those shot died, another one was hospitalized. They are being identified now.
