Date of hearing on Yadigar Sadigovâ€™s criminal case revealed

Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. The Divan (Council) of Musavat party has today held a meeting, the party told APA. It was said at the meeting that, hearings of Tofig Yagublu, deputy chairman of the party, will be held at Shaki Court of Grave Crimes on November and Yadigar Sadigov, an advisor of Musavat leader, at Lankaran Region Court on November 5. The participation of party leaders and members of the regional organizations of the party at the hearing was considered important.

Then other issues were considered.

Yadigar Sadigov is charged with hooliganism against Rashid Farman Karimov, the 2nd group Garabakh disabled. Criminal case was launched under article 221 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. Lankaran Region Court has sentenced him to 2-month pretrial detention. Pre-trial investigation has been submitted to Lankaran Region Court for considering.
