Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh - APA. Plenary Meeting of Azerbaijan’s Supreme Court has started.
APA reports that Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov, Justice Minister, chairman of Judicial-Legal Council Fikrat Mammadov, Head of the Department for Work with Law-Enforcement Bodies of the Presidential Administration Fuad Alasgarov are also attending the Plenary Meeting.
Making a keynote speech at the meeting chairman of the Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev said the Plenary Meeting will focus on concrete criminal cases, court practice on criminal cases connected with the violation of traffic rules and use of vehicles.
The participants will also discuss the issue on giving proposal to the Azerbaijani Parliament regarding amendments on road traffic to the Code of Administrative Offences and Criminal Code.
The judgments passed by the European Court of Human Rights regarding former Health Minister Ali Insanov, head of the Central Board of Musavat Party Arif Hajili, chairman of Azerbaijan Democratic Party Sardar Jalaloglu, chairman of Azerbaijan People’s Party Panah Huseyn, editor-in-chief of the Yeni Musavat newspaper Rauf Arifoglu will also be considered at the Plenary Meeting.
