The State Customs Committee informs citizens that the H1N1 virus hasn’t been recorded in Azerbaijan’s border checkpoints, the committee told APA.
The committee says that series of important preventive measures are underway to identify and prevent any potentially dangerous situation in advance and the overall situation is under control. The State Customs Committee and relevant agencies of the Ministry of Health are carrying out necessary disinfection and other anti-epidemic measures in border checkpoints. The situation is under control by means of devices installed in the checkpoints, which determines high temperature. Visual observation is available and appropriate measures will be implemented in case that high temperature and symptoms of disease are detected on those who enter the country.
