Doctor of the First Medical Aid Station # 8, writer and publicist Tagiyev Rafig Nazir was stabbed while returning from work at about 22.00 on November 19, 2011 near his house. He underwent treatment at the Clinical Medical Center, where he died on November 23.
Earlier the criminal investigation was launched into the fact in accordance with the article 126.1 (deliberate harming the health), but after his death the investigation was conducted in accordance with article 120.1 (deliberate murder).
The proceedings on the case have been suspended.
