However, we have discussed a number of issues on human rights and freedoms, cooperation, as well as torture and inhuman treatment. Council of Europe Anti-Torture Committee has a right to conduct monitoring in detention centers without informing anyone in the countries cooperating with them. Their visits are exactly related with this matter. They will monitor several prison centers of Azerbaijan and make a report.”
