Following the advisement, Absheron District Court continued the hearing on the criminal case on imprisoned deputy chairperson of Musavat Youth Organization Nigar Yagublu, APA reports. Judge Ilham Karimov said that the petition on commutation of Nigar Yagublu’s imprisonment to house arrest was not sustained.
Following this, the court passed a decision on completion of the investigation. The prosecutor demanded 4-year imprisonment for Nigar Yagublu.
The lawyers demanded time from the court to prepare a speech.
The hearing will be continued on December 19.
