Persons charged over Guba incidents released from courtroom

APA’s northern bureau reports that the judgment was passed at the hearing presided by judge Zamin Tahirov.

Abdulrahmanov Farhad Nasib was sentenced to 5 years in prison and Alasgarov Sakhavat Shakir to 4 years 3 months.

The others were released from the courtroom with 3-year suspended sentences.

Abdurahmanov Farhad Nasib, Khanmadov Samir Valeh, Danyalov Alkhas Danyal, Talibov Samir Telman, Dadashov Matlab Valeh, Chobanov Sarvin Khanlar, Zakirov Murad Rustam and Alasgarov Sakhavat Shakir faced charges under articles 186.2.1 (Deliberate destruction or damage of property), 186.2.2 (deliberate destruction or damage of property by an arson, explosion or other publicly dangers way or entailed heavy consequences) , 233 (Organization of actions promoting infringement of a social order or active participation in such actions), 315.2 (resistance to or use of force against government representative) of the Criminal Code.

The public prosecutor had demanded 6-year imprisonment for Danyalov Alkhas Danyal and Talibov Samir Telman, 5 years and 3 months in jail for Alasgarov Sakhavat Shakir, five years in jail for the others.
