APA reports that Nigar Yagublu’s lawyer Elton Guliyev made a speech at the hearing presided by judge Ilham Karimov and raised petition for carrying out investigation again. Lawyers Nemat karimli and Adil Ismayilov expressed their concerns over the investigation.
Following this, Nigar Yagublu made final court plea.
The court passed a decision on completion of the investigation at last hearing. The prosecutor demanded 4-year imprisonment for Nigar Yagublu.
Nigar Yagublu was detained on September 11, 2012. She was sentenced to two months in jail over the car accident that killed member of Musavat Party Aydin Ajalov.
