The pardon order signed by the Azerbaijani President has been implemented in the correctional facilities No13 and No14.APA reports that the human rights defender Vidadi Isgandarli, chief of the organisational department of APFP Shahin Hasanli, reporter of Iranian "Sahar" TV Anar Bayramli are among the released persons from the correctional facility No14. Vidadi Isgandarli told journalists that he didn’t commit any crime, thus he was declared the prisoner of conscience. He also said that he would continue to work as a human rights defender.
