APA reports quoting the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations that “Hyundai” driven by 21-year old Khanaliyev Aykhan Sabir fell into the water channel, 6 km from Mingachevir-Yevlakh highway.
The driver of the car and two passengers – 36 year old Ismayilov Jahid Zakir and 23 year old Beydiyev Khayal Nazim died on the spot.
The body of the trapped driver was pulled out by the firefighters with different tools and handed over to the Emergency Medical Services.
Other bodies were pulled out by the people and taken to Yevlakh City Central Hospital. The relevant law-enforcement bodies are conducting investigation into the accident.
