APA reports that the judgment was passed at the hearing. According to the judgment, Guliyev was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months imprisonment. Guliyev was arrested in the courtroom.
Earlier, Marianna Turabova had appealed to the law enforcement bodies and said that Guliyev owes her $150 000 and does not repay his debt.
The court conducted investigation and ruled that Guliyev must return the money to the plaintiff. As this decision was not executed by the defendant, the criminal case was launched under the article 306.1 (malicious default of the decision of a court, entered in validity, as well as impending to their execution) of the Criminal Code.
