"Out of the 27 patients who were taken to the Mangistau regional hospital, one was not identified in the first hours, but with the help of law enforcement agencies, we were able to identify her," Janar Baymanova, the head of the department at the Mangistau Regional Hospital told APA.
"The delay in identifying the person was due to the serious injuries on the face of the female patient. With the help of her personal belongings, we were able to find her relatives and identify her. The woman is an Azerbaijani citizen," she said.
