25 people were killed and 170 injured in road accidents in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku in April, Vagif Asadov, spokesman for Baku Traffic Police told the APA.
He said that road accidents increased 18 facts, deaths 3 and injury cases 14 in compared with last month.
Asadov underlined that 34 road accidents killed 5 and injured 50 in Baku last week. Baku Traffic Police punished 7,264 drivers. 164 of them are connected with drunk driving, 127 causing accident, 23 disobeying police, and 218 passing in red light. /APA/
