Azerbaijani and Armenian students clash in Moscow

This is 21-yar-old Alishov Ageli. Moscow city hospital #64 told the APA that he was operated for a bullet injury on his stomach. His condition seems critical. The hospital said it received only one injured student.
According to Azerbaijani students, after the conflict, Azerbaijani and Armenian students made an appointment near “Macdonalds” restaurant for 20.00 by Baku time to sort out the relationships. However, Armenians did not appear. Over 100 Azerbaijani students have gathered in the site. Moscow militia forces are in the site.
Azerbaijani students came into conflict with Armenian students in the People’s Friendship University after Patricia Lumumba. The reason for the accident was the demonstration of the so called Nagorno Karabakh Republic’s flag according to Galena Kuzmina, University press service’s head.
“Azerbaijani students protested severely to this act of Armenian students. But the University leadership prevented the incident to turn into collision. Students use of arms in the accident is not right information”.
University’s Azerbaijani students told APA when students from Armenia tried to dance with the flag of the so called “Nagorno Karabakh Republic” they seized the flag and tore it. After it the conflict occurred between the students and one of the Armenian students fired at Azerbaijanis. Two Azerbaijanis injured after which the students placed at the Moscow hospital number 64.
The hospital told APA as today is non-working day, the hospital do not work full time and can not provide information on the condition of the injured.
Azerbaijan Embassy in Russia told APA they have no information on the armed conflict between Azerbaijani and Armenian students at the Peoples’ Friendship University after Patricia Lumumba and reports on two injured Azerbaijani students. /APA/
