APA’s south bureau reports that the trespasser was resident of Parsabad city of the Islamic Republic of Iran Huseyn Emiri, 48. The detainee said he intended to leave Parsabad for Germi. Suddenly he felt bad and got off the car. He took several steps and found himself in the water. Huseyn, who could not swim, tried to get out of the water, he fainted. When Huseyn Emiri recovered himself he saw the Azerbaijani frontier guards. They told him that he had violated the state border.
Chief of the investigation group Azer Babayev said it was proved that the detainee had mistakenly violated the state border. He will be officially handed over to Aslanduz border checkpoint of the neighboring country in accordance with the intergovernmental memorandum.
