According to him, Rahib Rasulov, a suspect of an armed incident that claimed life of one and injured another in Khazar District of Baku, came to Khazar District Police Department and surrendered. The suspect also handed over gun used at crime.
An armed incident has occurred in capital’s Khazar district around 13.30. Two unknown persons in Mercedes gunned down two persons in the settlement and run away. Khazar District Police Office told APA that Hikmat Babayev, born in 1979, died at the site. Another person, Rasim Baybala Zakiyev, 28, was hospitalized. His state is reported serious.
Republic Prosecutor’s Office launched criminal case on the fact.
