Khazar District Police Office told APA that Hikmat Babayev, born in 1979, died at the site. Another person, Rasim Baybala Zakiyev, 28, was hospitalized. His state is reported serious.
The committer of the incident is still unknown.
The police also said that the employees of Baku city Main police Office and Baku city Prosecutor’s Office were at the site.
An armed incident has occurred today in capital’s Khazar district at 13.30. Two unknown persons in Mercedes gunned down two persons in the settlement and run away.
The operational search actions for the detention of committers are being continued.
