He said Khatai district prosecutor’s office launched criminal case on the fact on article 126.1 (deliberate infliction of injury) of the Criminal Code. Since the incident happened in the territory of Nasimi district, the criminal case was submitted to Nasimi district prosecutor’s office. Measures are being taken to detain the offenders.
Rafig Tagi was knifed by unidentified persons at the bus stop in Khatai avenue on November 19. He was hospitalized and underwent a surgery.
