The incident was recorded in the district’s Sulutepe settlement. Resident of the Binagadi district, Novruz Vagif Zulfuyev, 36, hanged himself in the house of his brother-in-law.
According to information Zulfuyev was much money in debt. The investigation was carried out by Narimanov District Police Office for that debt.
The criminal case has been launched into the fact by Binagadi District Prosecutor’s Office.
