According to information, Javadzadeh was arrested in connection with knifing his roommate and friend Elvin Huseynov.
It is reported that the Nasimi District Court will sentence Javadzadeh to pretrial detention tomorrow.
The incident was recorded today on September 20 at Nasimi district Mirali Gashgay Street 32. Resident of that address Elvin Huseynov was knifed by his roommate Samir Javadzadeh. Two examinations were carried out on the fact. According to expert witness, Javadzadeh seriously wounded Huseynov. The criminal case has been launched into the fact by Investigation Department of Nasimi District Police Office on the Criminal Code’s article №126.1.
The two refused the incident previously and then admitted that it took place.
