Baku. Ramil Mammadli – APA. A group of members of the Public Chamber attempted to picket outside Baku Mayor’s Office. APA reports that the police dispersed the unsanctioned picket. Some of the picketers were detained.
Public Chamber appealed to Baku Mayor’s Office asking permission to picket outside Baku Appeals Court demanding the release of the persons detained during the April 2 rally. As Baku Mayor’s Office did not give permission, the Public Chamber passed a decision to picket outside the Mayor’s Office.
