According to information, Vidadi Malikov, 46, who is also known as “Emi†(uncle), was detained because of illegal keeping of arms. Gas pistol was found near him. Besides, the investigators seized a Nagan pistol in Malikov’s house.
Police said Malikov has ties with the criminal world. He was previously convicted and was known in the criminal world as “Emiâ€. During his arrest in 1995, he fired a grenade to the police officers.
