Commander of Civil Defense Troops of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Major-General Ilham Abdullayev said the 10-vehicle aid convoy would enter Turkey passing through the territory of Iran. It carries 150 tents and 200 bedsteads for the quake-sufferers.
Abdullayev said according to the presidential order, earlier 1250 tents, 700 sleeping gears, 5 000 blankets, 40 generators, 40 kitchen utensils and two field kitchens were sent to the disaster zone. It was third aid convoy sent from Azerbaijan to Turkey.
