He said the murder was committed in the watch box of the parking lot in Rustam Rustamov street, 5, at 03.00 on November 11.
Alakbar Kamal Kasimov killed watchman Barkyanov Yekhim Stepanovich with a blunt tool. Kasimov has been detained. The motive of the murder is not known.
Nizami district prosecutor’s office has launched criminal case on the fact on article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code, investigation is underway.
