ASDP co-chairman Araz Alizadeh told APA that Mutallibov’s granddaughter Madina Mutallibova is not guilty in accident because it was happened near the pedestrian passage. The pedestrians didn’t use the passage and tried to cross the roadway.
Alizadeh expressed regret and offered condolences to the families of accident victims.
He said Madina Mutallibova is at home.
The accident took place on Thursday in Baku. Madina Zaur Mutallibova, 19 run over three pedestrians by her Lexus. Two of them died at site. One was hospitalized.
The investigation is underway.
