Press service of the company told APA that investigation of the accident happened newly-built steel production section of the Baku Steel Company at about 05.00 on Tuesday showed that three injured workers received non-dangerous burns and one of them has already been released from the hospital.
The company’s statement reads that there was no explosion in the plant. Only fire blazed up there and the working process was immediately restored after the fire was extinguished.
Three workers were injured in the fire blazed up in the Baku Steel Company’s steel production section. Two of them – Giyamaddin Aghalarov, 43 and Latif Abbasov, 51 are still in hospital. Other injured person were released after receiving first medical aid.
