Group of Azerbaijanis convicted for crimes against compatriots in Russia

According to APA, they were charged with murder, harmful actions against the human health, swindle, robbery and kidnapping.

The court investigators identified that the accused men, as well as wanted Niyamaddin Dashdamirov committed murders in 2004-2010 for establishing criminal control over their compatriots, who were keeping shops. In 2007, Vugar Huseynov organized murder of his townsman and ordered Parviz Pashayev to kill him. Parviz Pashayev was sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment. Huseynov and Mammadov swindled their compatriot. Who was working in the Kalinin vegetable room in December, 2009. They seriously wounded that man, who died later. In arch, 2009, Huseynov, Gurbanov and Dashdamirov kidnapped an Azerbaijani man and robbed him.

The court sentenced Vugar Huseynov to 20 years of imprisonment, Lachin Mammadov to 4 years, Rafael Gurbanov to 5 years with three years of testing period.
