APA reports quoting the website of the ministry that from 2010 till late May, 2011, Anar Mustafayev together with the citizens of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran, who are being identified, smuggled medicines worth AZN 53 000 from Turkey and Iran and sold in Azerbaijan without being registered, or getting license.
163 kinds of medicines smuggled from Turkey and Iran were found in Anar Mustafayev’s Mercedes-Benz and his house.
Main Investigation Department of National Security Ministry launched criminal case on the fact on article 206.3.2 (smuggling by a group of persons). Mustafayev Anar Nazim was brought to account and detained.
Investigation is underway.
