APA’s Mil-Mughan bureau reports that the person injured during the explosion is resident of Garabagli village of Salyan region, Mursalov Hasangulu Imangulu, born in 1953. 70-80% of Hasanov’s body is burnt. He was hospitalized to the Baku City Clinic № 5 with a diagnosis third-degree burn.
His son Vugar Mursalov told APA that the enterprise’s managers take all necessary measures for his father’s treatment.
The reason of the explosion was gas, gathered in closed well which was not used for a long time. The explosion took place during the welding because of infringement of safety rules.
Operations manager Ogtay Hasanov didn’t make comment on the incident.
